CGRP vs PACAP as migraine targets?

CGRP is the most validated (four approved mAbs, multiple gepants); PACAP is emerging with similar dilatory effects and ongoing clinical trials.

Are the blocking antibodies suitable for in vivo studies?

Yes — our anti-CGRP and anti-RAMP1 mAbs are in vivo grade (ultra-low endotoxin) and have demonstrated reversal of CGRP-induced light aversion and dural plasma protein extravasation.

Can these products be used clinically?
