| Background | Evinacumab (REGN1500) is a human anti-ANGPTL3 (angiopoietin-like protein 3) monoclonal antibody (IgG4 class antibody). Evinacumab reduces plasma lipids in dyslipidemic mice by blocking ANGPTL3.
