BackgroundCapromab is a Murine IgG1 monoclonal 7E11-C5.3 antibody that recognizes prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA – also known as glutamate carboxypeptidase 2) from prostate cancer cells and normal prostate tissue. When linked to pendetide, capromab is used as a chelating agent for the radionuclide Indium In-111 during imaging to evaluate the extent of prostate cancer.
NoteFor research use only. Not suitable for clinical or therapeutic use.

  • Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using APC anti-human FOLH1 antibody. LNCAP cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an APC anti-human FOLH1 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HC669036, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

  • Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using FITC anti-human FOLH1 antibody. LNCAP cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an FITC anti-human FOLH1 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HC669036, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

  • Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using PE anti-human FOLH1 antibody. LNCAP cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an PE anti-human FOLH1 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HC669036, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

  • Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human FOLH1 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human FOLH1 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HC669036) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
