BackgroundAmatuximab (MORab-009) is a chimeric, humanized IgG1/k MAb that targets the cell surface mesothelin (MSLN). Mesothelin is a glycosylphosphatidyl inositol (GPI)-anchored membrane glycoprotein, which is present in a restricted set of normal adult tissues such as the mesothelium.
NoteFor research use only. Not suitable for clinical or therapeutic use.

  • SEC-HPLC

SEC-HPLC detection for Research Grade Amatuximab.

  • Bioactivity

    Detects MSLN in indirect ELISAs.

  • SDS-PAGE

    SDS-PAGE for Research Grade Amatuximab.

  • Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human MSLN antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human MSLN monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HC496026) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
