Background | Tiragolumab is an immune checkpoint inhibitor binding to T-cell immunoglobulin and ITIM domain (TIGIT). Tiragolumab, alone or in combination with the PD-L1 inhibitor Atezolizumab (HY-P9904), may be effective against multiple solid malignancies-most notably non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). |
Note | For research use only. Not suitable for clinical or therapeutic use. |
SEC-HPLC detection for Research Grade Tiragolumab.
Detects Human TIGIT in indirect ELISAs.
SDS-PAGE for Research Grade Tiragolumab.
Flow-cytometry using anti-human TIGIT antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human TIGIT monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HS739016) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
